What pet types do you support?
We support all pet types. By default we have dog, cat, rabbit, ferret, hamster, bird, turtle, reptile, and horse. We do allow additional user-specified types by using the 'Other' selection.
I selected to not add the Printing Services, how do I get my documents?
Your document are available for download from your account management Orders page. You can access this by logging into your account and selecting the My Account Orders page. If you have not received your documents within 24 hours, please contact us at
I ordered the Printing Services - when will I receive it?
We usually ship orders within 10 business days. Depending on where you are located, it may take longer to receive your documents due to our shipping partners.
Can I get a refund on my order?
If you purchased a Printed document and are unhappy with the quality of the printing, we will work with you to reprint or refund your purchase. If you purchased the standard eDelivery option, we do not offer refunds.
I purchased Care Instructions for my pets - how can I send it to my pet sitter or daycare?
To send the Care Instructions to someone, all you have to do is log into your account and select the My Account Orders page. You will see all your previous orders and documents on that page and you should see an option to email it to a person. Simply enter their information and our system will email it to them immediately.

If you have multiple orders or can't find it, you can also go to your My Account My Pets page and see all the documents and orders by each pet and should see an option to email it to a person.
